These pages explain the current pilot and enquiry service. Property management, data-processing arrangements, billing and cancellation require a separate agreement before activation.
Who handles your information
DELKOM O.I KOM LTD, Israel (company number 515917516), operates OPENHAVER and handles website enquiries and account information. Contact ofer.delkom@gmail.com for privacy requests or our postal address. For guest data handled on behalf of a host, the respective responsibilities and processing instructions must be set out before activation.
Information collected
Connection enquiries contain your name, email, property count, property address, optional listing link and recorded authorisation request (language, wording and time). Account sign-in uses your email and a secure session cookie. Technical security records may include network and device information; enquiry rate limiting uses a daily derived IP hash. Connected properties may involve reservation details, guest messages and conversation history.
Purposes and legal bases
We use enquiry data to respond to your request and take steps towards a service agreement, account data to provide access, and technical records to protect the service. Where GDPR applies, the relevant bases are requested pre-contractual steps or performance of a contract, and legitimate interests in security and abuse prevention. Your request to coordinate access is not blanket consent for advertising or unrelated data use.
Providers and AI
Vercel provides hosting, Supabase provides authentication and database infrastructure, Hospitable provides authorised channel connections, and OpenAI processes selected conversation context for AI replies. Access is restricted by role. We minimise and redact context sent to the AI; API requests ask not to store the response. This is not a claim that every provider keeps no logs. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing.
International processing
The operator is in Israel and cloud providers may process information in other countries. Applicable transfer safeguards, provider agreements, processing locations and the host’s data-processing arrangement must be verified before activation for European properties. Contact us for the current provider and transfer information; this notice does not certify GDPR compliance.
Retention
Enquiry and authorisation records are kept while the request is handled and where needed to document access authority or address disputes. Account and conversation records are kept as needed for the active service, security, legal requirements and dispute handling. Retention is reviewed against those purposes; there is no automatic deletion timetable promised here. Ask us for the applicable period or deletion of your records.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis. You may complain to your competent data-protection authority. Email ofer.delkom@gmail.com; we may need to verify your identity before responding. Required fields are needed to review a connection request; the listing link is optional.
Cookies and local storage
The application currently includes no advertising or analytics tracking. The openhaver-session cookie is secure, HttpOnly and used for account access, with a one-hour lifetime. Browser local storage holds the public language preference openhaver-language so a sign-in email can open in the chosen language. It can be cleared through your browser. If optional analytics or advertising is introduced, the necessary choice and consent controls must be provided before it runs.
Guest notices and decisions
AI supports routine communication; hosts handle uncertain matters and decisions. Hosts are responsible for informing guests about the applicable data handling and AI assistance before activation. This public request form is not intended for sensitive guest data, payment details or access credentials. Updates to this notice will be dated on this page.

Your messages are sent to OpenAI to answer you. The exact transcript is stored by OPENHAVER, emailed to its team when the chat ends, and retained for up to 30 days. Please do not share passwords or guest details.
